EKU Brass
EKU Brass serves as artists-in-residence for Eastern Kentucky University. Formed in 1990, it has gained an enviable reputation for excellence in concert as well as educational settings throughout the Commonwealth and surrounding areas. The ensemble is comprised of five distinguished Eastern Kentucky University faculty members --Rich Byrd and Joe Van Fleet on trumpet, Mick Sehmann on horn, Ken Haddix on trombone and Jim Willett on tuba --and has performed at regional, national and international events throughout the United States.
EKU Brass is guaranteed to bring an exciting and entertaining program of music from Bach to the Beatles.
