From the east (Lexington)

• If on I-64, take Frankfort exit #58, turn right onto U.S. Hwy. 60, which is Versailles Road.
• If coming from Lexington on U.S. 60 (from Versailles) continue on this road.
• Stay on Versailles Road for about 6-7 miles. You will pass the Buffalo Trace Distillery (on the right) and be parallel to the river. You will see the Capital Plaza Tower on the left- the tallest building in Frankfort.
• Go past the tower to the traffic light in front of the Holiday Inn hotel and make a left (on Clinton Street). Because of the one-way streets, the objective is to get to our visitor parking. Go past the side of the hotel and make another left onto St. Claire. This street crosses over Mero Street. When you go straight across, the tower will be on your left, and you should see parking in the shape of a horseshoe, with visitor parking.

• When you enter the building from the visitor entrance, go past the first set of four elevators. The second set of elevators will get you to the 21st floor and Arts Council offices.

From the west (Louisville)

• From the west on I-64, take Frankfort exit #53B onto U.S. Hwy. 127
  (north from Lawrenceburg).
• Stay on U.S. 127, crossing U.S. Hwy. 60, and descending to the Kentucky River.
• After crossing the bridge, turn left at the stoplight onto Wilkinson Blvd.
• Go through the stop light at the intersection of Wilkinson Blvd. and Mero St. (There will be a Holiday Inn on the right.)
• The next right turn will be into the Capital Plaza Tower parking garage.
• Security measures require presenting a photo I.D. at the visitor entrance.
• When you enter the building from the visitor entrance, go past the first set of four elevators. The second set of elevators will get you to the 21st floor and Arts Council offices.

From Bluegrass Parkway

• Take US-127N exit 159 and turn right toward Lawrenceburg.
• Take the 127 Bypass and continue on US127N toward Frankfort.
• Stay on U.S. 127, crossing U.S. Hwy. 60, and descending to the Kentucky River.
• After crossing the bridge, turn left at the stoplight onto Wilkinson Blvd.
  (There will be a Holiday Inn on the right.)
• After passing the Holiday Inn & Mero Street on right, the next right turn will be into the Capital Plaza Tower parking garage.
• Security measures require presenting a photo I.D. at the visitor entrance.
• When you enter the building from the visitor entrance, go past the first set of four elevators. The second set of elevators will get you to the 21st floor and Arts Council offices.
